Pilgrim Thanksgiving at the Cabin 2007
The day was great! – The weather held out – the river was high – mini Indians brought the rabbit stew (See picture) – the Indians and Pilgrims played nicely together (see pictures) – the cornbread was cooked on the potbelly stove (see pictures) the seafood – lobster, clams an mussels – were cooked/smoked to perfection by the river – cranberries, artichokes, salmon, venison, corn, turkey, etc. were delicious! Butter was shook/made by all – Fires were burning – hot butter rum and ale was flowing- all 6 Fred Henry kids were together – and all the Grandchildren as well!! (And the great Grandchild!) It was a great day!! Heidi
