Album: Pictures, Story, and Poem
Scott & Michelle’s 10th anniversary and Scott’s 60th birthday
My sibs sent us off w/ a great party at Heidi’s the nite before (1/25), we had a great Grand Canyon helicopter ride, played a fantastic golf course, had a ball w/ Mike and Holly, …the four of us saw “Love” (The Beatles)… a great show!… the food in Vegas is now WAY over priced and too much cig smoke in public places… we barely gambled at all …but Holly won $57 on a $1.00 investment in a slot machine… and then quit!!! Great move! We all agreed that we want to go back to Vegas again, in another 30 years! Great friends, and the excursions were a riot, but none of us are into “the lights”! Here’s a pic of Mike and Holly with us at dinner Friday night in Vegas…
Poem/Toast for Scott’s 60th Birthday by Chris
There once was a young man named Scotty
Whose legacy involves a potty
He wore out his mother
Acting up with his brother
His younger years really were spotty
Then one day he looked and he fell
For a lovely young gal named Michelle
What they thought was for grins
Ended up being twins
But fatherhood sure suits him well
So sixty has come to our Scott
He’s mellowed and settled somewhat
But we’ll always recall
How he loves “Reply all”
Cause he can’t resist stirring that pot!
